Helmac offers to its customers a service that allows, through an internet connection, to resolve any problems in a very short time.
This is possible by downloading and running this software:
DOWNLOAD 
When the software starts up, a window will appear on the screen. Now all that's needed to complete the connection is to give "Your ID" and "Password":
NB: To work correctly, the program needs an Internet connection, configured to allow the software to connect remotely. Any firewall could prohibit the connection.
